To remove the Delivery Date Range app from your store, simply uninstall it from your Shopify admin section. Do this by either selecting the app from the Apps page or open the app and remove it from there.
From the list of installed apps:
In the Settings page of your store, click on "Apps and sales channels" and locate Ultimate Delivery Date Range. Simply hover over the listing and click Uninstall.
In the app:
Cick on the 3-dots icon and click on Uninstall
